Motherhood

There is no one way to be a perfect mother,
but a million ways to be a great one.

A very powerful statement, that I try to keep in mind on those days that I am feeling less than successful in the mum department.

    Ah shucks, thank you. I try to be the best I can. But I always remember I am preparing my boys for the real world, not a perfect one!!

    It is hard if you are a perfeectionist. It is all about learning to be good enough and mindful of the fact that perfection can be counter productive.
